Abstract

An early age is the golden period for the development of a child. At this period, a child should be given a certain stimulus as a preparation to enter higher education. Thus, a child was helped to stimulate the development of personality, psychomotor, cognitive, and social aspects. In addition, an early age is also the critical period for a child. Further development of a child is determined by the stimulation experienced by children at an early age. A child will have a good mental if from an early age equipped with things that are positive and constructive. Form of services provided to a child will determine futher developments. Parents, teachers, and the community must work together to shape a child’s mental that later become children of good character. One of the efforts to foster and develop a good mental child is to develop creativity. Creativity is the domain that should be cultivated in children. A child is able to optimize the values of the potential in himself by developing creativity.
